Tomorrow with six days left before Christmas, the weather in Houston is forecast to be an 80 degree day! The good news, a cold front is supposed to move in Thursday and stay through Christmas. With cooler weather and a weekend of socializing with friends and family, hopefully around a crackling fire, its time to mix some hot adult holiday beverages!
Have you ever tried a Tom & Jerry? (not the cartoon, silly!) This is a cocktail that dates back to New England in the 1820s and has been described by some as a hot eggnog like concoction.
I love apples and caramel, especially together, so this caramel apple hot toddy sounds divine!
