Much like Royal family members that have traditions and duties they must fulfill, Hunger Games victors Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) and Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson), must fulfill theirs as victors. They have to once again bid farewell to their family and friends in District X and travel to the other districts as part of the “Victor’s Tour.”
While rebellion is simmering under the surface in many of the districts, President Snow and the Capitol is busy preparing for the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) – a competition that could change Panem forever.
For her photograph in the Capitol Portraits Series, Katniss is wearing a dress with tiers of ruffled organza, and a chiseled bodice, covered with sparkling crystals. Fellow victor, Peeta, is wearing an all white suit accented by gold with white slip-on boots.

The always stylish Effie Trinket (Elizabeth Banks) wore a dress made with chiffon and organza blooms, while sporting heel-less boots on a golden horse-shoe platform on her feet.

President Snow (Donald Sutherland) looks very dignified in a topcoat and a fur caplette, accessorized with leather gloves and his signature white rose.

The victor’s mentor, Haymitch Abernathy (Woody Harrelson) from District 12, wears a herringbone sport coat with three-button cuffs, epaulet shoulders & tonal stitching detail.

Caesar Flickerman (Stanley Tucci), continues to make a fashion statement with gold, copper and pink colored hair.

District 12′s stylist Cinna (Lenny Kravitz), looks sleek, sexy and sophisticated in his black leather jacket, pants and slip on boots. I love the boots!

Beetee (Jeffrey Wright), from District 3 is wearing a plaid vest, tube-knot tie, and paneled slacks with black leather boots.

In a style designed to reflect her District, Johanna Mason (Jenna Malone),wears a dress made with nude chiffon, cork fraise and jewels composed of nails.

The ruggedly handsome Gale Hawthorne (Liam Hemsworth) from District 12, would look good in a potato sack. He’s wearing a cotton shirt with rolled up sleeves and tweed slacks with leather work-boots.

Finnick Odair (Sam Claflin), sports a thin white tunic and a sea green, fish skin like skirt.

Arriving in theaters, on November 22, “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” is directed by Francis Lawrence, and produced by Nina Jacobson’s Color Force with producer Jon Kilik. The film is based on the novel written by Suzanne Collins, the second in the trilogy that has over 50 million copies in print in just counting the United States.

They are so over the top crazy..and I love it!
Wow, I just love their individual styles!
The men are all looking quite dashing in their outfits, especially Cinna & Finnick! But wow, the womens’ dresses are just another ballpark all together! Johanna’s dress is such a pretty color! Effie’s dress seems perfect for her character! But my favorite Katniss’ tiered-ruffle gown! It’s so gorgeous! Thanks for sharing!
The styles are awesome!
Effie Trinket is my fav for sure! Can’t wait for this!
