Preschool Moms frequently ask, “what am I going to make my child for lunch today?” If lunch was a challenge when your kids were home, its becomes even more difficult when they go to preschool, and you have to find things your “picky eater” will enjoy. Bento boxes have become a popular solution for kids that don’t eat sandwiches, or only eat food if they like the way it looks.

My kids just eat them straight out of the fridge… I’m not being creative enough. Sometimes we do put them into a fruit salad with a little agave nectar.
