Bags packed, check. Family lined up to watch the kids, check. Passports applied for, check. To do list: work out and lose weight, shop for shorts, sunscreen, sandals and new swimsuit. Where am I going? Well… I’ve entered the Carbonite Currents “Sync & Swim” Sweepstakes, and the grand prize winner will fly courtesy of the Jamaica Tourist Board to Montego Bay, and stay at the all-inclusive 430-room Sunset Beach Resort, Spa & Waterpark. Fingers crossed that I’ll win, but you can enter too.
You see, Carbonite Currents is celebrating their new cloud file syncing, sharing and collaborating application, by giving one lucky winner the opportunity to “Sync & Swim” for five days and four nights in Jamaica. So, my plan, enter, win and relax while Carbonite takes the worry out of protecting my valuable documents and family photos. I’ve never been to Jamaica, but I can’t wait to spend time relaxing on the beach sipping Mai Tai’s and Pina Coladas. Maybe I’ll even drink a few Red Stripes!
Oh yeah, the winner also receives a $1,000 Visa Gift Card, so when I’m not in the pool or on the beach, you can find me getting a massage at the Lime Away Spa, or shopping in Montego Bay. Sadly, even when away there’s work to be done, but Carbonite Currents let’s me stay connected even from my smartphone or tablet. The boss doesn’t have to know I’m working poolside! Wait, I’M THE BOSS. Well then I won’t be too hard on myself then :)
Even if you’re not the lucky duck that wins the Grand Prize, they’re giving away two Google Nexus 7 16GB Wi-Fi tablets, one for each second prize winner. So with your new tablet and Currents, you can access recent files while on the go, whether you’re home or in Jamaica, Mon.
How do you enter? “Like” Carbonite’s Official Facebook page and click on the “Sync & Swim” tab to view the entry form. Fill out the Sweepstakes entry form and click “submit.” Share the sweepstakes via the share button for an additional entry. Good luck!
