If you love to shop, and who doesn’t, then you’re going to love Sweet Relish! People are buzzing about this new site, that’s like the Pinterest for shopping. My first thought was, “How is it different and why should I care?” Well, you can basically shop ANY site and add ANY product to your lists that you “relish”. When you save them to your lists, friends and family can see your lists, click on your products and purchase them for you!
The price of the item is shown on the your list page, making it easy for others to shop within their budget! So, say you’re getting married and planning a wedding, you can use Sweet Relish to add items you have or plan to register for, and create boards for your shoes, accessories, and gifts for the bridal party or anything else. Your boards can be public or private and can be shared via Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or e-mail. It’s easy to use and convenient, but also great for discovering new products and new places to shop.
Hopping around the web, I created several different wedding boards from multiple online websites. Now, let’s say a friend or relative wanted to surprise me with a gift, they just pick an item off the board, click on it, then click buy and it takes them right to the site and product page! They just add it to their cart, and checkout.
Sweet Relish defines relish as:
1. ENJOYMENT OF OR DELIGHT IN SOMETHING THAT SATISFIES ONE’S TASTES, INCLINATIONS. OR DESIRES;
2. THE SAVINGS, AND DESIRES USING OUR ONE OF A KIND BUTTON;
3. THE CRAP YOU PUT ON YOUR HOT DOG
So, join, it’s completely FREE, start following my boards, and let’s “relish” together! This is the perfect site for creating wish lists for all occasions: birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and just saving great finds, that you aren’t quite ready to purchase. Instead of bookmarking multiple sites, or hoping your friends/family can find the product you told them about, everything is in one place! I wish I’d known about this at Christmas, it would have made my life so much easier!
