One of my favorite Halloween cocktails to make is something I call "Witches Blood". It's a tasty mix of red wine, citrus soda, and fruit to add some fresh flavor. It's quite similar to Sangria.

1applechopped

Instructions
Choose a big pitcher or carafe to prepare the Bloody Halloween cocktail.
Make sure you cut the fruit into small enough pieces to fit into your bottle or carafe. You can leave the lemon in slices.
Place all the fruit into your container.
Mix in the wine and the soda and let it refrigerate for at least two hours. You can adapt the flavor and color to your liking by substituting more or less of each soda flavor.
Serve the Bloody Halloween cocktail over ice making sure each glass has its own serving of fruits too.
Top with some fresh mint leaves.

Notes
You can serve this immediately, but I recommend letting it rest in the refrigerator for two hours because it will give all the flavors a chance to meld together nicely.Feel free to add some simple syrup (sugar water) if you’d like this to be a sweet drink.
