Ingredients

  • 1/2 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
  • 3/4  cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3/4  cup sour cream
  • 5 bacon strips cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella or Italian cheese mix divided
  • 2 stalks fresh green onion chopped, divided in half

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In medium bowl, mix Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix, mayonnaise, cream cheese and sour cream.
  3. Add bacon, two thirds cheese, and one-half of the green onions; mix well.
  4. Transfer to oven safe dish and sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until dip is golden and bubbly. *You can broil on high for the last 2-3 minutes if you like a more well done crust
  6. Top with remaining green onion and serve with bread or chips!

Recipe Notes

NOTE: If you want a gooier dip, try using Gruyère cheese.
