Parmesan Crusted Tilapia with Artichoke Garlic Butter Sauce Recipe

An incredibly tasty dinner that is easy to whip up on a busy weeknight


Ingredients

4 Treasures from the Sea® Parmesan-Encrusted Tilapia fillets
4 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup asparagus, julienne cut
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Daily Chef® artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 cup tomato, chopped
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons white wine
pinch red pepper flakes
salt and pepper


Instructions

Heat four Treasures from the Sea® Parmesan-Encrusted Tilapia fillets according to package directions.
Sauté rest of ingredients at medium heat until heated through (about 3-5 minutes).
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon over tilapia fillets and serve.
