So you’re back for week 2 of our Sam’s Club Seafood series, eh? How did last week’s 12 Minute Crispy Shrimp Tacos Recipe work out for you?

It was so easy and DELICIOUS that I actually made it 3 more times for myself as LUNCH because I didn’t want to share! Hah!

I’ve actually never had or made Tilapia before.

I really appreciated the fact that these were pre-breaded/seasoned and all I had to do was place them in the toaster oven for 20 minutes!

So I went ahead and took this cook time as an opportunity to adjust the sauce recipe to fit my family’s taste.

I received overwhelming approval from Ben on this and can say this will definitely take a permanent rotation in our dinner lineup.

Parmesan Crusted Tilapia with Artichoke Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients:
4 Treasures from the Sea® Parmesan-Encrusted Tilapia fillets
4 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup asparagus, julienne cut
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Daily Chef® artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 cup tomato, chopped
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons white wine
pinch red pepper flakes
salt and pepper

Directions:
Heat four Treasures from the Sea® Parmesan-Encrusted Tilapia fillets according to package directions.
Sauté rest of ingredients at medium heat until heated through (about 3-5 minutes).
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon over tilapia fillets and serve.
