Finding Nemo 3D: Sea it and Fall In Love All Over Again!

That’s right, Finding Nemo is coming back to theaters in 3D. Dory, Marlin, Nemo, and their fishy friends are swimming to theaters September 14th for the first time in 3D! Was that news to you? Ok, so it probably wasn’t, but I’ll bet my last sand dollar that you didn’t know Finding Nemo’ was originally shot in 3D!

When I learned that, I was a shocked, I mean Finding Nemo came out before 3D was all the rage. However, after thinking about it, it made perfect sense. Think about some of the scenes from the movie – the ones that made you jump, had your adrenaline pumping or just simply took your breath away, like the spectacular under the sea scenery.  Those are the scenes I think of that are perfectly designed for 3D!

Check out this clip and you will know exactly what I’m talking about.

So tell me, are you planning on seeing this? And who is your favorite character?

I love this movie and I know the kids are already excited to see it in 3D (and we will be going), but I’m tired of old movies being re-released. :(
