What did new parents do before the internet? I thought we were completely ready after I had the baby. We had read every book, followed blogs, and took lots of advice. Then, we came home. Every ten minutes I had a new question I was typing into the search box and often agonizing on how to ask such questions to the internet without getting strange search results. However, I stumbled upon Gerber.com and some of my new parent anxiety was put to rest.

This brand has been providing for families for generations, and their website proved to be a trusted source for me to ask questions, track my son’s growth, and shop for safe, reliable products. With sections to guide you from pregnancy through the toddler stages, Gerber.com has the important information you need to know about your child’s development and nutrition.

As I struggled with breastfeeding during the first few weeks, I found helpful tips on the website. It proved especially helpful as I wanted to cry in frustration at two a.m. when I couldn’t call family or friends with my “urgent” questions. Then, when I decided to supplement my son’s diet with a little formula, I found exactly what I needed on the website. The Gerber® Good Start® gentle supplement was what he needed, and I could buy it right online, which was extremely helpful considering I couldn’t seem to find time to get dressed not to mention find my way to a store.

My Gerber

After signing up for my own My Gerber® free profile, I found that I could track my son’s growth and see what percentile he was in for every stage. It also provided helpful nutritional tips, videos, and resources. I could even schedule a call with a lactation consultant! This is the kind of interactive resource that moms need! If you’re a first time mom, I would highly recommend signing up for your own free MyGerber account.

Once you sign up, you can also enter to win the Gerber® Be Our Baby Photo Search at Gerber.com/Photosearch.  I have been taking pictures of my son everyday trying to keep track of the slightest changes in his appearance, and I know I am partial to him, but I must say I have gotten some pretty adorable pictures of him. :)

  1. I ordered a Gerber spoon for my 2 older kids years ago with their names. I just remembered having that when I was little as a keepsake and it was such a cherished item.

  2. What a precious little boy.Congratulations. I didn’t have any children of my own but was privileged to watch all of my nieces and nephews grow up.
