Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching! How will you be celebrating? Whistler and I are in the midst of a whirlwind of adventure and travel, but somehow we still found the time to make this delicious treat for Dad. A popcorn based twist on the typical marshmallow krispie treat, after making these once, I know you’ll want to try them again in different shapes for other holidays too!

Red food coloring
Paper straws or large lollipop sticks
Heart shaped cookie cutters
Non-stick baking spray
Chocolate or fudge syrup

  1. Had to laugh that you used Smart Balance popcorn for this. But I love the idea of using dried cherries. I think that sounds scrumptious.
