Chris Evans has been around the Hollywood scene for quite some time, starring in films such as The Fantastic Four, Scott Pilgrim vs the World and Not Another Teen Movie. But I truly think that it was Marvel’s Captain America that propelled him into the fantasies of women across the country – and with photo’s like these who could blame them.
Chris Evans:
Christopher Robert “Chris” Evans was born June 13, 1981, in Massachusetts. He grew up with two sisters and a brother in the town of Sudbury. He made his acting debut in 2001 and has since starred in major motion pictures, independent films and has also dabbled in co-directing before directing his first film 1:30 Train due out in 2014.
Captain America:
In early 1940 Steve Rogers, attempted to enlist in the army after learning of the Nazi atrocities. After failing to pass the physical requirements Rogers was invited to participate in Operation: Rebirth. Using the invention of Profressor Abraham Eskine the plan was to create super soldiers at the height of physical perfection. Steve Rogers was the first test subject. Unfortunately, Dr Eskine was assassinated before any other subjects could be tested, leaving Steve Rogers the sole beneficiary of the treatment. It wasn’t until decades later when the Avengers found Steve Rogers from the Atlantic that Captain America was Born.
So….I can finally half spill the beans to you. I was actually ON SET of the new Captain America: The Winter Soldier movie earlier this year. I met Chris Evans, but more importantly, we embraced one another longingly and took one AMAZING picture that I am just dying to share with you….but unfortunately it was have to wait a few more months. SIGH.
