Mango Breakfast Smoothie

1 cup of FAGE 5% Greek yogurt
1 cup of frozen mango chunks
½ cup fresh orange juice
A few pieces of dried coconut

Toss everything into your blender and then set to high for a minute or so until your smoothie comes together.

This is quite tasty right away but also stores nicely in the freezer if you plan to make it the day before. Just allow about 30 minutes to thaw OR you can simply re-blend to enjoy immediately.

Strawberry Pecan Salad

3 cups of washed mixed spring greens
A handful of fresh strawberries
¼ to ½ cup pecans
FAGE 5% Greek yogurt

Strawberry Pecan Salad Recipe

Thoroughly wash and dry your salad greens.

Wash, dry and slice the strawberries.

Toss the greens into your favorite salad bowl and top with the strawberries, pecans and dollops of FAGE 5% Greek yogurt. Enjoy!

Healthier Ground Beef Tacos

1 pound ground beef
3 cups cauliflower, riced
1 onion, finely chopped
1 packet of your favorite taco seasoning, use to instructions
FAGE 5% Greek yogurt

Optional toppings that we used
Ripe avocado
Purple cabbage
Red onions
Finely shredded Mexican cheese blend

Brown the meat, onions and cauliflower together, straining off any excess grease. Add the taco seasoning of your choice and follow the packet instructions.

Prep all of your veggies and warm the tortillas.

Fill the tacos with your favorite toppings.

We love using FAGE 5% Greek yogurt in place of sour cream.

Pistachio Honey and Clementine Yogurt Bowl Dessert

1 container of 5% FAGE Greek yogurt
1 clementine orange
A couple tablespoons of chopped pistachios
Raw honey

Cut the clementine in half and peel it.

Add the chopped pistachios on top and then drizzle with raw honey.

TIP: Save yourself the chore of washing extra dishes – just stir the yogurt and add the toppings to the FAGE container itself! Also makes saving any leftovers easy – just snap the lid back on and place back into the fridge for breakfast the next day.
