Bacon Wrapped Mushrooms -Paleo and Keto Friendly!

It’s time to embrace your inner bacon lover! Whether you want a keto friendly snack or an indulgent appetizer for game night, these Bacon Wrapped Mushrooms are sure to please.

I’ve been following a Keto diet for the last six months and it has really changed my life. My new found energy helps me be more productive and even helps with my mental health.

But, I still get questions from friends about what I can eat at parties or gatherings. There is always someone that wants to know if their favorite dish is something that they can indulge in while on the keto diet.

I’ll be the first to say that following a Ketogenic or Paleo diet can seem daunting, but it doesn’t have to be as scary as you think. If you are at a party and all of your old favorite foods are laid out in front of you, don’t worry!

There is plenty for everyone on these two diets. One of my favorite dishes are bacon wrapped guacamole mushrooms!

And while I’m not saying that these Bacon Wrapped Guacamole Mushrooms are the reason my friends are starting to eat Paleo or Keto, I believe they have helped a lot,

Why? Because they are so incredibly delicious that they really show Paleo and Keto food can be incredibly delicious as well.

And when I say they are delicious, I actually mean like mind-blowing good! No, they are not just good for Paleo/Keto, they are good period.

For me, the reason why they are so good is because they are jam-packed with all the things we know and love.

Just think about it for a second – they are stuffed with guacamole and they are wrapped with bacon. Guacamole and bacon together is like the best possible explosion of flavors.

And the mushrooms? The mushrooms hold everything together, add a bit of texture and are also pretty flavorful on their own, because baked mushrooms get all soft and tender and smokey.

Best of all, you don’t need to add anything else when serving them because they are already delicious on their own.
