First things first, the key to getting the most out of your Haven Riviera Cancun experience is to choose a Serenity Club suite.
As a Serenity Club VIP, you will receive a premium experience from the moment you arrive at the resort, with a private check-in lounge reserved purely for VIP visitors like you and your girlfriends. It also gets you access to the swanky Serenity Club Lounge, where you can get top shelf drinks and dainty finger foods in between meals.
Your Serenity Club membership also means you get an invite to the weekly manager’s cocktail reception, plus VIP treats delivered to your room from the Executive Chef and Managing Director. It basically ensures your girls weekend is filled with thoughtful little surprises to make you smile.
Imagine this – a cozy king-sized bed, stunning ocean views, and an aromatherapy suite to tailor your weekend vibe. Get ready to be awestruck by your room with the Haven Riviera Cancun Serenity Club Swim Out Suite!

With a convenient little room service cubby, you don’t even have to interact with anyone to have your goodies delivered. Perfect for those lazy mornings after a never-ending night when you just can’t deal with your face but you’re starving!
Indulge Your Tastebuds in Foodie Paradise
From traditional Mexican to classy Mediterranean, and even molecular gastronomy, you’ll find a little bit of everything at one of Haven Cancun’s many all-inclusive restaurants. You can expect every meal to be as delicious as it is perfectly plated and ready for your Insta.
We were thrilled with the quality of food available to us, which typically tends to be the downside of most all-inclusives. Not here though, even the lunch buffet was amazing with its fresh seafood options!
If you’re a fan of Asian cuisine, we recommend visiting Satsu for a multi-sensory meal that you’ll be raving about for days.
And don’t go home without giving our favorite restaurant a try – Agua Bendita. We tried a little bit of everything and it was all absolutely delicious.

Relax at the Spa
Your Serenity Club VIP status at Haven Riviera Cancun gets you complimentary access to certain areas of the spa, like the Water Journey Experience and the Dynamic Pool Circuit.
This includes a sauna, high-density steam aroma steam room, a hammam-style steam room with an Herbarium to warm up in before switching over to the ice fountain, cold mist shower, or cold water plunge pool.
Or, if you don’t want to jump from hot to cold, you can just relax in the giant whirlpool.
Splurge on the Luxury Spa Party Suite
If you want to go all-out and have nothing but the best for your girls’ weekend, then the best includes Mayan-inspired full-on pampering with the Luxury Spa Party Suite. While there is an additional fee for this, it’s a great option to celebrate a special occasion.
You get the whole suite to yourself, including a lounging area with healthy snacks and drinks and an indoor relaxation terrace with shiatzu chairs to chill out with a beverage.
You could start with an exfoliation wrap to soften your skin before indulging in a neck and back massage. Finish off with a soothing face and scalp massage that’ll leave you feeling refreshed and tension free.
I loved the scents and products they used so much that I purchased some oils, sugar scrubs and bath bombs from the Spa store so I can indulge in a spa day at home!
Don’t worry, it’s not over yet. This room includes a mani/pedi and make-over station to get you and your girls ready to go out and take on the town (or stay and party in the resort’s nightclub. Speaking of which…)
Enjoy the Haven Riviera Cancun Nightlife
If you don’t feel like leaving the resort, you won’t have a hard time choosing your vibe for the evening at Haven Riviera Cancun with your choice of bars, lounges and entertainment.
Whether you and your friends want to catch an evening cabaret show in the neon-lit Moons bar, play board games in Havens, or even watch your favorite sports team in Limes, there’s always something to do.
If the nightlife in the resort isn’t wild enough for your girls’ nights out, you’re only a short ways away from plenty of other Cancun parties!
Soak Up the Sun
With two huge pools that feature gorgeous seaside views, you’ll have no trouble finding a place to relax in the sun. The attendants are eager to help and will point you in the right direction to find a well-placed lounger to settle down in.
The large pool can get a little rowdy, with a live DJ booth (and the two swim-up bars certainly don’t hurt either).
The smaller pool is a little more chilled out if you just want to relax and has plenty of chairs and cabanas to choose from.
If you’d rather play in the surf, another Serenity perk is access to a secluded beach area, where you can relax in relative privacy. It’s attended to by a butler, so you can have your drinks delivered as you soak in the sun and go for a swim in the beautiful crystal waters.
