Gifts for Geek Girls: Helpful ideas for choosing the perfect gift

My husband has always done a great job at surprising with me the perfect tech gifts. In part because every time we go to Best Buy I’m pointing out one thing or another that’s on my wish list but not everyone has it so easy.  A friend of mine has a boyfriend who often comes to me around her her birthday and christmas begging for help. I always thought it would be so great if he had access to a wish list she created just for her birthday – like we do for weddings or baby showers. Now it seems that merchandisers are starting to feel the same way.

Best Buy Birthday

Did you know that Best Buy allows you to create a birthday wish list? You can bet I’ll be taking advantage of that since my birthday, anniversary and christmas are all in the same month (Hunny, if you’re reading this, be on the lookout.) Even if you’re not as lucky as my husband, you can still get some help choosing the perfect gift for the geek girl in your life with the Best Buy Online Gift Ideas Experience. You can sort through gift ideas by occasion, price point and gender or age of the recipient.

  1. Forget about giving it as a gift, I would love the Mophie for myself. I travel a lot and have lots of long days with no ability to recharge my devices.

  3. Picking out a gift can be an extremely stressful thing, that’s why I always ask specifically what people want. This list looks great.
