Preschool Moms frequently ask, “what am I going to make my child for lunch today?”

If lunch was a challenge when your kids were home, it becomes even more difficult when they go to preschool, and you have to find things your “picky eater” will enjoy.

Bento boxes have become a popular solution for kids that don’t eat sandwiches, or only eat food if they like the way it looks.

  1. It’s not exactly the season for it, but my favorite thing to do with Cuties is to use a black Sharpie and turn them into little jack’o’lanterns.

  2. My most favorite thing to do with cuties is eat them out of hand! We make a game out of how quickly we can peel them and keep the peel in one piece.

  3. We always set out a big blue bowl full of cuties on New Years Eve because they are good luck. Then we eat them the first week of Jan as we are trying to come down off the Christmas artificial food high.

  4. Not very creative, but I love to peel them and eat ’em! My kids love for me to peel them, and put them in a bowl so they can munch on Cuties while they color or play.

  6. My kids just eat them straight out of the fridge… I’m not being creative enough. Sometimes we do put them into a fruit salad with a little agave nectar.

  9. I love Bento Box Lunches! I had to pin some up on my pinterest board. If it were not for bento boxes, my son would never have an interest in healthy food.. lol
